Extended fall sunshine and moderate heat allowed fruit to accumulate flavor complexity with gradual increases in sugar levels.\u003cspan class=\"product-details__heading\"\u003ewinemaker's notes\u003c\/span\u003eThe wine was 88% barrel fermented, with 53% in 60-gallon French oak barrels, 24% in 75-gallon stainless steel barrels and 23% in 500L French oak barrels.
